Often people are left feeling angry, confused, sad, lonely, and filled with self-doubt. Our Care Counselors understand when you experience any kind of loss, you not only grieve the loss but also the hopes and dreams associated with the loss. ![]() Divorce or separation can be devastating; it is one of life’s five largest stressors. You do not have to go through this process alone; choose to learn from the loss and learn to grieve in a healthy way so you do not lose who you are in the process. Difficult times in life often provide the opportunity to learn and grow. It can be a scary and confusing time when relationships change. An objective, experienced Care Counselor will help you with either trying to decide if separation or divorce is the right option and how to cope with issues such as infidelity, feelings of betrayal, guilt, or grief. Our Care Counselors are aware separation or divorce will impact children and other close relatives and friends.
