Phone counseling can help you. E-mail

Phone counseling provides people with the opportunity to talk with someone who listens and is supportive.  Our Care Counselors are experienced, Master's, licensed, or PhD level professionals providing you with various counseling techniques designed to help you cope with or improve your situation and relationships.

Therapy over the phone, though not much different than in-office visits, can be just as or even more effective than being face to face with a counselor. Sometimes sitting face to face with counselors can be intimidating and you might not be as willing to open up and truly express what you are feeling. With a sense of freedom and lack of self-consciousness you can talk with our Care Counselors comfortably and more openly than you may be able to while sitting across from a counselor.

Typical face to face therapy sessions usually last between 20-35 minutes. Counseling done over the phone with our Care Counselors lets you control how long you want your session to last. You have the option of shorter or longer sessions as well as discussing future session frequency with your Care Counselor. Traditional in-office visits are not as flexible as phone counseling in this sense.

Relieve the stress. Don’t be afraid anymore. Rebuild your self esteem. Develop healthy relationships. Reach out to someone that cares, talk to us. Regain control.  Help starts with a phone call to our Care Counselors.

Our Care Counselors use various techniques designed to help you cope with or improve your situation and relationships.1.    Training & Experience: Collectively, we possess over 60 years of experience. Our work has been in a variety of settings such as hospitals, community mental health, and in crisis management services. We draw upon life experiences to provide words of wisdom, encouragement and enlightenment. Our Care Counselors can help with a variety of issues. For example, counseling can increase self esteem, confidence, spiritual health, and improve family relationships.  It can also help ease feelings of depression, anxiety, grief, or loss.  Counseling can also help people deal with addiction, abuse, aging, and a variety of male and female issues.

2.   Personalized Attention: Everyone is provided special treatment no matter what their problem. Many people use Care Counselors to help deal with life’s everyday issues or even as a way for personal growth.  Often, small issues can be solved thereby avoiding potentially bigger problems.  Everybody's individual issues are treated with the upmost importance and respect.

3. Comfortable Environment: Counseling over the phone has the comforts of home for a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment where you can find peace and relaxation while processing your concerns and learning how to improve your life. Our Care Counselors are non-judgemental individuals, supporting you every step of the way. They will guide and question you regarding any feelings, issues or concerns you have surrounding your problem.

4.    Community Service: We are dedicated to helping you, whether you contact us or not.  We have been involved in service organizations,  such as the rotary club, community churches, online counseling, and chambers of commerce for many years helping to improve our community.

5.    Fast Service: We have a distinguished reputation for answering our phones within three rings. Care Counselors are available at all hours for  emergency calls or whenever is convenient for you.

6.    Emergency Coverage: We are available any time of the day or night on a 24-hour basis whenever you need us.

7.    Privacy & Confidentiality: Confidentiality is an integral part of therapy; what’s discussed in the session can not be disclosed with anyone else.  We take great care to protect your privacy from the time we answer your call.  There are some exceptions where the Care Counselor is required by law to report situations.

8.   You Choose Session Length:  Each situation is different and therefore there is no set amount of time that can be prescribed to a particular issue.  You choose how long your session lasts and also with the Care Counselor can determine if only one session, a few sessions, or a much longer period is required for your issue.
