From poor body image, depression, low self-esteem and anxiety, women from all walks of life deal with the aforementioned issues. In today's society women also cope with discrimination, societal pressures and "glass ceilings" in the workplace while juggling a hectic schedule.

In the effort to meet everyone else's needs, women usually sacrifice and ignore their own needs; trying to fulfill several roles at once.  Such roles consist of: Perfect wife, mother, employee,and neighbor to name a few.  It is more than challenging to maintain these roles while maintaining a social life and physical health.

Ovewhelmed with juggling multiple roles, women don't take care of themselves adequately, experiencing guilr and feeling exhausted; emotionally and physically. Adding marital stressors, a lack of social support and behavioral problems with children, it is no surprise many women report feelings of depression and anxiety!
